Plano Band Leadership represents the best interests, honor, and respect of the Plano Senior High School Music Program.

The leadership responsibilities of student officers in the Plano Senior High School Band are as follows:

Up-hold the highest standards of self-discipline, integrity, musicianship, marching skill, motivation, effort, and communication in and out of rehearsals.

Epitomize the highest expectations required of all band members while promoting zero tolerance towards negative behavior.

Retain academic eligibility.

Participate in all chamber activities including All-Region and Solo and Ensemble Contests.

Maintain all of the Plano Senior High School and Plano Senior High School Band policies, principles, and code of ethics.

Attend Plano Band Leadership Camp during the summer.

Commit to upholding a highly regarded environment through organization and cleanliness.

Perpetuate the enhanced development of the Plano Senior High School Band.

Foster superior citizenship unequivocally. Any misconduct will result in the immediate dismissal from leadership position.

The Band Officers, Section Leaders, and Principal Chairs function as an integral part of the Plano Senior High School Band Staff.
