Prism Concert

Fine Arts Department A Prism is a transparent body often of glass and usually with triangular ends used for separating white light passed through it into a spectrum of four reflecting beams of light.

A spectrum is the set of colors into which a beam of light can be separated. The colors of the spectrum - Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet - can be seen when white light is passed through a prism.

The Plano Prism Concert features all of Plano's large groups, including all concert bands, wildcat marching band, jazz ensemble, the PanCats Steel Drum Band, as well as many exciting and fun chamber ensembles.

The Plano Senior High School Band hopes you enjoy the many different musical colors offered. Go Wildcats!
